Port Mataró is a public marina belonging to the Catalonia Regional Government “Generalitat de Catalunya” and managed by a consortium with the local city council “Ajuntament de Mataró”. It has 1080 mooring berths and a fisherman´s wharf. It is a modern port located at 30 Km north of Barcelona. It is located just in front of the railway station with direct trains every 5 minutes to downtown Barcelona, “Sants” Main Railway Station and Airport. It is a good place to be:close to Barcelona city, with all services in its port and walking distance Mataró city downtown, and at affordable rates. Port Mataró is committed to environmental excellence, security standards and easy acces to disabled people.
