Nouveau port de Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques - Saint Cyr les Lecques Description :

The Old Port of Saint-Cyr les Lecques

Saint-Cyr les Lecques harbour is at the Western boundary of the Var department, very close to the department of Bouches du Rhône, between the Ciotat and Bandol. The Old Port of Lecques is one of the three harbours of Saint Cyr-sur-mer, and the other two are Madrague and Nouveau Port. They have all enjoyed the European Blue Flag label for ten years, a label that rewards marinas for their involvment in the preservation of the environment.

This small, human-scale and city marina receives amateur yachtsmen in a convivial and pleasant atmosphere. This represents an outstanding living environment, in a very nice and warm Mediterranean setting. The 1,1 metre deep basin has 203 berths, 203 of which are for visitors, for less than 8.25 metres. Boats can moor at main and secondary chains and at anchor gears.

Despite its modest size, the Old Port of Saint-Cyr les Lecques offers many equipment, among which fresh water at landing stage, electricity (220V), free bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets), telephone, a 2 metric ton crane, laundry sinks, selective sorting of waste, and a waste-oil sump. This marina also offers activities and services to enhance amateur yachtsmen trips.

A few mooring rings are available all year long, and amateur yachtsmen are advised to book their berth in advance. They need to find out directly with the harbour master's office about berths availability depending on arrivals and departures. They are welcomed in Nouveau Port des Lecques. However, some berths are available for purchase.
