Narbonne Plage - Narbonne Plage Description :

Narbonne Plage harbour

Narbonne Plage harbour is bathed in the sun more than 3,000 hours a year, and figures among the favourite ports of call for amateur yachtsmen in search of a change of scenery. The city of Narbonne has three harbours, and this one is the largest of them. This medium-scale harbour area provides berths all year long, with additional berths during the summer.

This harbour has 600 berths, and can welcome up to 12 metre long boats. They can stay in the outer harbour or moor at floating pontoons. The depth is 1.8 metres in the outer harbour, and 1.2 metres in the basins.

Narbonne Plage harbour offers amateur yachtsmen a wide range of services, among which an access to freshwater, electricity (220 V), bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a weather board, and a launderette. This area is also equipped with a 4/5 metric ton crane, a clean area (with waste-oil and batteries recovery), a selective sorting container, and a refuelling station located 300 metres away from the harbour master's office. An afloat watching service secures the harbour during the season.

The resort of Narbonne Plage offers many water activities such as sailing, scuba diving, and fishing, that allow amateur yachtsmen to fully enjoy the sea. Narbonne Plage harbour is close to Port-la-Nouvelle and Gruissan, and is therefore ideally situated to discover a region offering a wealth of beautiful ponds and nature reserves.
