Menton Garavan Marina

Garavan Port is a lovely marina which welcomes amateur yachtsmen in Menton, the Lemon town. This dynamic and convivial port is located in the French department of Alpes Maritimes, near the Mediterranean Sea. Surrounded by a mountain cirque, the Garavan marina is, on the one side, very close to the Italian border, and to the Principality of Monaco on the other.

The marina is at the foot of the old town, in which it is very pleasant to have a walk in the pedestrian streets and the lively market. The Menton marina offers much more than berths rental; it is an entire biotope in which everyone becomes easily and happily integrated. Indeed, this is a small-and-human-scale town, with a large variety of boutiques, restaurants, and picturesque entertainments, especially in February, during the Lemon Festival.

Garavan port has 770 berths on fixed and floating docks, 170 of which are situated in the public part of the port. It can welcome up-to-40-meter-long boats. There, many indispensable conveniences are offered, such as running water, electricity, a pay phone, bathrooms, internet access, a dry dock, fuel, a waste-oil sump, and waste-water containers, to name a few. This is a modern port with a shipyard and a refueling station.

To ensure amateur yachtsmen safety, the marina has TV surveillance and a boat watching service. The marina is open 24/7 all year round, wathever the weather.

Menton Garavan Port was awarded by the international Blue Flag label for marinas. Sheltered from the wind and bad weather, this marina is quiet, and therefore perfect for amateur yachtsmen who are looking for an easy, peaceful and comfortable option.
